Refund and Exchange Policy
Tickets are non-refundable, but can be shared with a friend, donated back for resale, or exchanged for a different date of the same show pending availability. Please call our box office at 740-407-2784 or email us at tickets@thelancasterplayhouse.org as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (The Lancaster Playhouse). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
